General information
- All of my works are handcrafted by a single artist. I am not a factory and do not engage in mass production. Each commissioned piece is unique and made in only one number.
- I retain the right to decline your order for any reason before the work is started.
- Please note that those dolls are not toys and must be handled with care. They are collectible items designed for display and gentle handling. I do not accept returns or offer refunds once the doll is shipped and for any damage resulting from improper handling or use. Please make sure to handle works with care to preserve the quality!
- Slots are distributed by first come first serve, once you have filled out the form you will receive a message from me within 24 hours. You need to respond within 24 hours after that, or slot might be no longer be available and handed to the next person in queue!
- Usual workaround time is 1.5 - 2 months, it heavily depends on the amount of details that the doll has. If any kind of delay occurs, i will contact you personally.
- I regularly provide WIPs! Since the doll requires a lot of steps in the making i can share the working stages. I will also confirm the design choices during the 3D modeling stage and painting.
- Working process is separated in two main stages, 3D stage and physical stage. 3D stage is finished once the concept is completed digitally and is confirmed by the customer, physical stage is started once the doll parts are printed. Example of a 3D stage confirmation turnaround:

- Most of the changes can be made only on the modeling stage, before the parts are printed; that includes pelt patterns. Very few edits can be made after doll obtains a physical form, so please make sure to inspect the 3D WIPs very carefully before confirming.
Payments
- Transactions are proceeded by PayPal in USD
- Payment is split by 2 parts: half of the total amount is paid upon accepting the commission and the other is paid once the design is confirmed in 3D stage. Work on the physical stage only starts after the full payment is received.
- If a client cancels during the 3D stage 50% of all the transactions is returned, cancelation after the doll is printed does not result in return. Those funds are covering the amount of time and material spent.
Shipping
INFORMATION PROVIDED IS TO BE CHANGED / ADDED IN THE FUTURE
As i am just launching my custom ball joint doll shop, i haven't tried out all of the shipping options available at the moment. Therefore, I will pay for the shipping for the few first orders, the customer will only be responsible for the additional fees (including insurance) and taxes. This option might or might not be available in the future, depending on the shipping option that I will choose.
No matter the fact that I've never done product shipments before, i will be doing my best effort to ensure that the package arrives safely.
- Shipments are made from US
- I am using USPS for domestic and international shipments. It ships to most of the countries and includes tracking. (Visit the official website to check if your country has the tracking option) Package can be insured with a fee.
- I pack the works as securely as possible. Everything that happens after the package is sent out by me is out of my control. This includes shipment delays and any other problems caused by the shipping company.
- Shipping cost is to be calculated upon the confirmation of an order, payment to be proceeded at the time of purchase or upon completion of the doll.
To order:
- Fill out the Commission form with an info of the character and customization options / add-ons. Attach a character's reference and any notes; completed BJD templates, sketches of face plates and props are very welcome and will speed up the working process!
- I will reach out to you by the preferred communication method to discuss further and proceed the payment.
